The accommodation was modern and beautiful short walk to Split by regular ferries, the port and the town, and the shop for provisions. Alex made everything for all of us. It was stunning and perfect away from the municipal beach.

The air-conditioned apartment had a great terrace with a sea view, perfect for a quiet and relaxing time. I also enjoyed the outdoor excitement of mountain biking and the sauna and seasonal outdoor pool.

Oh, and let's not forget the "conveniences" of a dining area and a coffee/tea maker in the apartment. So luxurious!

Everything was great, no complaints, had a really great stay. Had early check-in too. Its location was unbeatable and stunning, at a moderate distance from Tvrdic Honey. We did not want to leave there and would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient location 🏖️. We spent 5 nights here and had a really pleasant experience. The place is situated in a quiet area that's not far from the supermarket, bus stop, beaches, and restaurants. The walk-in shower was a nice touch.

The location was convenient, close to the ferry port and easy to access. the room itself was well equipped, with a full kitchen and all the necessary amenities. the highlight was definitely the large terrace, which offered stunning views of the bay and provided a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

There were a few drawbacks to my experience. the apartment was situated up a steep hill, which made it difficult to walk back and forth, especially for elderly guests.

The hillside location meant a steep walk uphill, which could be challenging for some. there were no shops in the immediate vicinity, requiring a walk to the nearest village for provisions.

The location offered a peaceful vacation and the terrace was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the stunning seaview. The owner was always available if we needed anything. we highly recommend this accommodation for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The view from the property was excellent and the location on a quiet street was ideal. We loved the practical additions like the shoeshelf and laundry rack, and appreciated the basic essentials provided. It was great to have our whole family group in one building. We had a wonderful time at Apartments Kaic in Rogac! Our stay was for a week and it was absolutely relaxing. The hosts picked us up from the ferry and the apartment was spacious and clean. The view from the huge balcony was stunning, overlooking Split and the beautiful nature. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and it was a short walk to the nearest supermarket. We also enjoyed using the swimming pool and renting bikes from Alex, our exceptional host. Definitely recommended for a cozy and tranquil escape.
